Reflux and regurgitation
Babies often spit up small amounts of milk after feeding (commonly referred to as posseting) and this is perfectly normal. However, some babies may be suffering from more frequent reflux or regurgitation which can be caused by the developing digestive system.
Aptamil Anti-Reflux has been specially formulated with carob bean gum, which thickens the formula on mixing and remains thick in the stomach, helping the feed to stay down.
Aptamil Anti-Reflux is nutritionally complete with ingredients designed to work together to support your baby. You can use it to feed your baby as a sole source of nutrition from birth and as part of a weaning diet from 6 months to 1 year. If you are concerned that your baby has frequent reflux or regurgitation you should speak to your healthcare professional.
